Our portfolio company Indaero is a leading aerospace component manufacturer specializing in precision engineering, custom parts, and sheet metal fabrication for the aviation industry. With a reputation for quality, innovation, and reliable delivery, Indaero serves a diverse client base across Europe.
Indaero is located in Seville, Spain, and currently employs 50 people.
Since its acquisition by Krisos in July 2023, Indaero has undergone a radical transformation towards self-management, eliminating traditional hierarchies in favor of self-managing teams and elected representatives. This shift has led to significant improvements in employee engagement and financial performance. Notably, revenues have significantly exceeded expectations, with EBITDA doubling in 2024.
Key initiatives include full financial transparency, a profit-sharing scheme allocating 25% of profits to employees, and extensive training programs in decision-making and conflict resolution. Additionally, a new salary system, co-created by employees, has resulted in significant salary increases and fairer compensation structures.
By embracing self-management principles, Indaero has become more agile, innovative, and responsive to customer needs, while fostering a more engaging and satisfying work environment for its employees. This transformation exemplifies the potential of self-management to drive organizational success and employee well-being.
