She has more than 25 years of international transformation experience in a wide variety of companies and industries. In most recent years, Dunia worked to transform and turnaround organizations in difficulties, using the iconic and highly successful NER approach.

Xavier is another one of the transformation leads on the team. He is highly experienced in transforming, turning around and growing companies. Currently, he is part of transformation company K2K through which he supports companies to become purpose-driven and self-managing.

Pim takes care of investor relations and communication at Krisos. He works with pioneering investors to create a fund that allows us to buy companies that we can transform. Currently, Pim is also co-founder of Corporate Rebels – a company, blog, online academy and global movement focused on making work more fun.

Jabi is one of the experienced transformers on the team. Since 2005, he has supported over 15 transformations of different sizes in different sectors. Currently, Jabi is partner at Trebeki, a legal and financial advisory consultancy, and he is president of NER Group.

Joost is the researcher of the team. He researches ongoing transformations and publishes about the progress of Krisos. In recent years, Joost has been active as co-founder of Corporate Rebels where he researches highly progressive organizations. Currently, he is a Doctoral Candidate at the Amsterdam Business Research Institute where he researches the inner workings of self-managing companies.
